12-Month Warranty

At ALTER GM, we take pride in the quality of our furniture and offer a 12-month warranty on our products, subject to the conditions below.

What is Covered If your item develops a fault due to manufacturing issues within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the goods (or the affected parts) free of charge.

What is Not Covered Our warranty does not apply to damage or defects resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper installation, nor does it cover environmental damage such as fire, flood, or excessive humidity in the home. The warranty is also voided in the event of repairs or alterations carried out by anyone other than an authorised ALTER GM representative.

Moving the item after assembly: Please note that our furniture must be assembled in its final position. Moving the built item can cause structural damage, which is not covered by this warranty.

Self-Assembly & Parts Replacement We kindly ask that you inspect all parts before beginning assembly. We will gladly replace any faulty or missing parts free of charge, provided they are reported prior to building. If parts are damaged during the self-assembly process, we can arrange repair or replacement for an additional fee.

Additional Information Please be aware that supplying replacement parts does not extend the original 12-month warranty period. This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
