Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on weekends or UK Bank Holidays.

Delivery Estimates

We provide two delivery options depending on the items in your order:

Standard Delivery: Estimated between 3 to 12 weeks. (Delivery times vary depending on the specific product, as many furniture pieces require specialist handling or manufacturing).

Fast Delivery: Estimated between 4 to 7 working days for eligible, in-stock items.

Potential Delays

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We kindly ask that you allow additional days in transit for delivery during these peak periods.
