Please note that our beds are delivered to the main door, ground floor only. Carrying and assembly service by a professional team available on request. The customer must check all delivered goods on delivery. Once goods have been accepted and signed, we can not accept any complains regarding goods damage in transit. Any customer refusing delivery of goods for any other reason than '' goods damaged in transit'' or returning item will be charged with return postage costs . The product has to be unused, not assembled and in its original packaging.

Delivery information

We provide standard delivery for this item, which typically takes 4 to 7 weeks (excluding weekends).

Please note that our standard delivery service is to your front door (or the main ground-floor entrance of your building) only. Our couriers are not insured to enter customer premises or carry items up stairs. Please ensure you have two people available to safely lift the boxes inside and help with the assembly.

After you place an order, our team will personally contact you to confirm the details. You will hear from us again 2 days before your delivery to coordinate the exact timing via SMS and email.
