Any customer refusing delivery of goods for any other reason than "goods damaged in transit" or returning item will be charged with return postage costs . The product has to be unused, not assembled and in its original packaging.

Please note that our standard delivery service is to your front door (or the main ground-floor entrance of your building) only. Our couriers are not insured to enter customer premises or carry items up stairs. Please ensure you have two people available to safely lift the boxes inside and help with the assembly.
